“I believe that collaboration brings understanding. This helps build a safe, non-judging environment to process thoughts and emotions. It is here where healthy connections are developed, allowing everyone to be their authentic, vulnerable self. The practice of caring brings opportunities to work with individual strengths and struggles; this helps process realistic, personal goals.”
Outside of the office, David has been influential in leading YMCA programs and camps for over seven years. He finds meaning in volunteering at local soup kitchens. For enjoyment, He hikes, rock climbs, plays volleyball, and writes creatively. David also speaks the language of the comic and video game worlds.
